"In June 2016 I purchased 7 concrete stairs and had them installed using my own contractor. About a month later I noticed something was not right with them, the broom effect was wearing off. Finally, 18 months later on February 1st 2018 I contacted Sanderson and I emailed photos of the stairs to Sandra the receptionist. Within minutes I received a reply back from Jamie and he told me that they would recast new stairs for me and that he would send a crew out to take the old stairs off the stringers and re-install new ones. To hear Jamie accept responsibility was just such a relief for me because I usually have to fight for everything. On February 10th (ten days later) 2 young men arrived to install the new stairs. They were punctual and very professional. They explained what they had to do and what could go wrong which was while trying to pry the stairs from the wood stringers it could cause the wood to crack. The job went perfectly and my new stairs were installed. I cannot commend this company enough. They accepted responsibility immediately and stand by their product. "We recently replaced an older partially sunken hot tub and were looking for a company to do a custom coping. We had chosen some nice stonework for the surround and wanted to make sure we had a nice coping to finish it off. Several stonework companies that we had contacted recommended that we call Sanderson Concrete. Our first impression when we spoke with Jan was one of knowledge, workability, and confidence. We found he was very easy to talk to, and that he understood our need for a “perfect piece of workmanship”. He worked studiously with us on the design, pointing out cost saving ideas along the way and even making a site visit.
