Accounts Receivable / Credit Analyst
Para ensures our operations run smoothly by managing accounts receivable, legal assistant and credit analysis with precision. She brings strong organizational skills and financial expertise to keep projects on track and clients supported.
Witold Wywial
Lead Hand
With years of hands-on experience, Witold leads our production team on the shop floor. His knowledge of concrete craftsmanship and attention to detail ensure that every precast product meets the highest standards of quality.
Sandra Bevanda
Payroll and Benefits
Sandra supports our team behind the scenes, managing payroll and employee benefits with care. She values building connections with her colleagues and is always ready to lend a helping hand. Outside of work, Sandra enjoys family time, hunting, and fishing.
Chris Allen
Project Manager / Estimator
Chris brings energy and precision to every project, ensuring clients receive accurate estimates and smooth project management from start to finish. An avid outdoorsman, you’ll often find him fishing along the Sunshine Coast or at the lake in Osoyoos. Since retiring from hockey, his life now revolves around three things: his family, his dog, and of course — concrete.
Brendan Wilde
Sales & Estimation
Brendan works closely with contractors, municipalities, and architects to provide accurate estimates and product recommendations. His goal is to ensure every project has the right precast solution, delivered on time and within budget. With a strong background in sales and client relations, Brendan builds lasting partnerships rooted in trust and service.

Plant Supervisor
Roy leads our production operations with a hands-on approach and deep industry knowledge. From scheduling to quality control, he ensures that each precast product meets our strict standards for durability and performance. Known for his leadership on the floor, Roy is dedicated to keeping projects moving smoothly and efficiently.
