An avid outdoorsman, you’ll often find him fishing along the Sunshine Coast or at the lake in Osoyoos. Since retiring from hockey, his life now revolves around three things: his family, his dog, and of course — concrete.

Svend Arntorp purchased the company, shifting its focus toward custom and architectural precast concrete.
Introduced bollards, picnic tables, benches, and other landscape products, expanding our role in architectural precast design.
Recreated custom pavers for Vancouver’s Robson Square, faithfully matching the historical 1970s mix design. In 2024, Sanderson Concrete relocated to its Langley facility following a strategic merger with APS Precast.
