Working with Chris Allen at Sanderson Concrete deserves a 5+ star rating. Job was small and on Vancouver Island requiring 4 precast 6' stair treads that were only available from Sanderson Concrete in Vancouver - no precast manufacturers carried them on Vancouver Island. Chris worked with me to make sure I had the right connection details, said he was coming over to Vancouver Island, and offered to drop them off free of charge late night on the Thanksgiving weekend. In my experience, many suppliers or contractors don't even return your phone calls these days.
