Career Opportunity – Concrete Finisher
Sanderson Concrete is western Canada’s leading producer of custom architectural precast concrete and site furnishings. We design and manufacture exceptional concrete products for the landscape, building, and architectural trades. As our new Concrete Finisher, you’ll be involved in the manufacture of a wide range of precast concrete products even ping pong tables!
We’re looking for people right away, so if you’re great with your hands and looking to make a good wage, we’re waiting to hear from you. Hours will be from 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Experience in a precast concrete plant is a must – but if you have been working with concrete on construction sites, we want to talk to you, too!

About the Role
Your most important qualification for this role will be consistency and reliability: you’ll need to be punctual, do good work, and finish tasks on time to succeed here. You’ll also be doing a fair bit of learning on the job, so it’s important that you’re good at taking direction, and don’t need to be told everything twice

Qualifications
- Familiarity with power tools.
- Mechanical inclination
- Experience in construction/fabrication or a related industry.
- Ability to read basic shop drawings.
- Experience with concrete finishing.
- Understanding of measurements and basic math.
- Ability to lift/carry 50+ lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must own steel-toe safety boots.
