We are growing and are looking for a manufacturing Supervisor/Manager to assist in the development and set up of our new facility in Kelowna. This plant will be starting out small, with 4 to 5 personnel and growing as the team becomes comfortable and efficient with the work.

The initial set up will be in an existing facility where we will be pouring one product line. Through the course of the first year, the Plant Supervisor will also be part of the set up of our new facility, which we hope to bring on-line early next year. The new facility will expand on our local production capabilities as well as become a depot for products produced at our Surrey plant.

You will have a voice in how the team is built, development of the space and assist in developing of processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.

The position will lead into overseeing all daily operations of the new plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.

We are looking for a well-rounded individual. If you are a go-getter with some, or all, of the attributes listed below, we want to talk to you! We are willing to train the right person – training in actual production will be done both at our existing plant and in Kelowna – you will not be alone in your journey, we will be with you along the way to ensure we are all successful!
